Sadly, I don't have the pattern (not that my knitting skillz are near that good!) I originally found the photo here and I believe it was posted by this tumblr blogger, so she may be able to help you track down the origin of the photo and/or if there's a pattern for that sweater somewhere in the blogosphere.
