If you have a quiet night or two in (as we do) this weekend, may I recommend one of my favorite old black and white films? It Happened One Night came out in 1934, stars Clark Gable and Claudette Colbert and was directed by Frank Capra.
It Happened One Night is so sweet and so smart-- I really don't even think it deserves the label of "romantic comedy," but if it did, it would be in the upper echelon of the genre.
If you happen to get Netflix, I saw that this lovely little film was added to the Watch Instantly queue. Otherwise, you ought to be able to find it in the classics section of your local movie rental shop fairly easily.
Happy Weekend!

I first saw this movie with you and Nathan while eating Vegetarian Enchiladas (at least I think that's what we ate).
Allison saw it in the last year and absolutely loved it as well.
Andrew-- I just saw that your comment went up twice, so I took down the duplicate.
I do remember watching it with you in college-- (those veggie days are a distant memory!) and I'm not surprised that Allison loved it too. We ought to watch it again some time as a group-- only this time we can have Nathan's famous green chile chicken enchiladas.
Amy, that sounds wonderful! I'm in. Now we just need to plan a trip to Austin. Hint, hint, Andrew.
