Fearlessness has been a recent topic of conversation with some of my friends.
I feel fearless most of the time. What about you?
Is fear ever a good thing?
And can someone who's naturally timid become more fearless, just by practicing?
Penny for your thoughts.

I think fear can be healthy sometimes. A little bit, anyway.
It's an interesting question, BUT- the thing about fear, is it's not something we're always aware about. I think we all have fear in some respects-- and sometimes, you just don't know at all until something happens in your life, and it gets opened up to you.
That's true. Good thoughts....
I'm pretty much a risk-taker. As a result I've been hurt in a lot of ways but I'm also all the more wiser and determined to achieve my goals. Some of the most beautiful things in life require a dash of fearlessness: art, love, science, music, and philosophy.... :)
I think it all depends on what kind of fearless you mean. Being fearful can save your life. Fight or flight and all that. But taking risks in a personal life setting, saying hi to that person you've been eying at the bus stop for months, that is a fear worth fighting through.
Diya-- So true!
Chelsea-- I couldn't agree more!
