You may have noticed that I haven't been blogging that much recently. Nothing's wrong-- I promise. In fact, everything's going right! I've been busy with fun-work, which includes helping my mister shoot weddings nearly every weekend and beautiful friends in the meantime. Life's completely wonderful-- it just hasn't given me that much time for blogging. I foresee mucho blogging in my future. WAY more than once or twice a week!
1. giant buttons
2. nude lips
3. wayfarers
4. leather-bound books
BONUS: this building
5. almondmilk
(Since my hubs started on the Paleo diet several weeks ago, I've been participating at what I'd estimate 80% commitment. While I do still eat carbs every now and then, I have been able to cut out the sugar and half-and-half I used to put in my coffee every SINGLE day since the age of 17. Now I just use Silk Almondmilk.
You guys. It's super delicious and still naturally a little sweet. (I tried the vanilla kind, but my favorite is the original.) It also tastes delicious on its own. Like if you're craving a glass of chocolate milk and what you want is that creamy, cold, yummy goodness-- this will absolutely be a good alternative.
BONUS BONUS:
6. This song by my new favorite band, Fitz and the Tantrums.
Listen. Enjoy. Break out the awesome early '90s dance moves.

"I'm very important. I have many leather-bound books and my aparntment smells of rich mahogany." ;)
have always loved the nude lips but everytime i've tried it hasn't stayed on/haven't found the right color...think i need to turn to laura for this one.
Sara-- Love Anchorman! Our favorite theater, the Alamo Drafthouse has a quote-along for that movie!
Sandhya-- Yes! She's a makeup genius. I have nude lips almost every day, but that's only because I'm more of a gloss girl than a lipstick girl. Ha!
I love almond milk. I've been wanting to pair it with an almond croissant from La Boite. Is that almond overload?
I couldn't think of where I had heard that awesome song and then I realized it was the Alamo Drafthouse. They always play good songs during their preview ad thingies.
Kathy-- No such thing. :)
Joanna-- Yes! I'd like to hug the person who picks their music and puts together their upcoming attractions/promos!
@Sara C I thought of Anchor Man, too, and I am cracking up now! :)
We're not allowed to buy almond milk in the El-Hutchison household because Rami and I can take down a gallon in one day. It is so delicious. Also, I am kinda obsessed with buttons ever since I saw J. do the button-blazer switcheroo on her blog. Maybe a good Savers challenge?
